An award-winning student of creativity, Anthony started and led a highly successful award-winning advertising agency with clients that included P&G, Nivea, SC Johnson, Arnott’s, Mars, Sanitarium, Blanco, Safcol, Unforgettable India, Gloria Jeans Coffee, Fisherman’s Friend, PWC and over 25 local Governments.

Anthony helped launch BNI in Australia being the President of the first 3 Sydney chapters.

Today, Anthony focuses on building businesses and brands to fulfil his purpose, leading a growing team of awesome like-minded people and counts it an honour to be called into leadership. Anthony likes to see people living their best lives, fulfilling personal dreams and enjoying work.

With fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, Aries effectively communicates with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds. Having lived in various countries, Aries brings a deep understanding of people from different cultures.

Aries holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the UK and boasts more than 35 years of extensive international working experience. Her expertise lies in facilitating efficient and effective partnerships for companies launching brands in Hong Kong and China. Aries oversees a team of 60+ sales agents, while also nurturing strong relationships with talented leaders worldwide. In addition to her impressive achievements, Aries serves as the President of the Australia Chapter of the Asia CEO Community, establishing connections with over 17,000 c-suite members across the globe. With a strong sense of ethical standards as a Justice of the Peace, Aries is driven by her passion to help Australian brands thrive and expand into new markets and territories..

Blake has a background in strategic marketing and management support. He works closely with our clients to ensure all projects are executed and managed effectively. Having obtained Bachelor of Business degree (Marketing and Management) from the University of Newcastle he understands the needs of demanding project management and works closely with our clients to ensure positive outcomes. Blake has had experience working with leading Australian FMCG company Sanitarium and the multi-national franchise giant United Franchise Group (brands Signarama, Fully Promoted, Experimac, Transworld) as their Marketing Executive. He has had advanced training and certification in online advertising, website user experience management and Google Adwords. Blake brings his youthful energy and passion for business to our group and is always welcome to new challenges.

Jacob has extensive experience in the IT & Logistics sectors. Jacob is able to multi-thread when it comes to tasks requiring detailed logistics management, and does so effectively with a simple smile, which belies the complexities behind the minute eagle-eye focus required.

He is the chief overseer of client IT systems and heads up product procurement and distribution. Jacob is also the Team's information collation expert, and he is the go-to guru whenever information is required. He is highly dependable and reliable.

Siessie is a seasoned IT professional and cybersecurity expert with deep experience in the energy sector. Over her career, she has delivered technical leadership across data management, cloud & Azure DevOps, and cybersecurity analytics. She has led initiatives in threat detection, automation, operational technology resilience, and secure infrastructure design especially in critical energy infrastructure settings. Notable projects include deploying AI-driven cybersecurity models, spearheading the “CyberWise Security” program across APAC regions, leading IT solutions for hydrogen energy deployment, and developing robust governance frameworks for critical infrastructure protection. Siessie holds a BSc from Macquarie University, and is an Associate Member of the Australian Computer Society, as well as member of the Joint Inspection Group. With her multi-disciplinary expertise across IT, cyber risk, and energy systems, Siessie brings strategic insight and technical excellence to her advisory role.

In 1996, he co-founded the Gloria Jean’s Coffees franchise, overseeing its significant expansion to over 400 stores in Australia and 800 coffee houses across 39 countries by the time of its sale in 2014.

During her career Maria was the main trainer of a large international accounting franchise and setup many of the systems which are still in place today. Over the years she has mentored hundreds of franchisees, accountants, independent bookkeepers and staff to help them create their own profitable businesses. Maria has also twice been a mentor for the "Women in Business Mentor" program for the NSW Department of State and Regional Development. The Women in Business Program helps up-and-coming women business owners expand their business.

His leadership helped grow the event into a celebrated platform for promoting health, confidence, and active lifestyles among young people across Australia and New Zealand. In addition to his work on the TRYathlon, Dave also led a variety of high-impact projects within Sanitarium’s Corporate Communications team. His focus included initiatives in social purpose, where he helped align brand values with meaningful community engagement and corporate responsibility strategies. As a Strategic Advisor, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge in brand storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and purpose-driven leadership, making him an invaluable contributor to organisations looking to make a lasting difference.
